• My objective is simple: Make It Happen! Have personal accountability in everything you do so you can make the impossible, possible

My Purpose

Being at one’s best

Improving people, processes, relationships, and oneself

I am determined to be the best I can be each and every day. I owe that to myself, my family, my teams, my investors, and all those I’m fortunate enough to call “friend”. What I’ve discovered is that there is always something to learn and some way to be better. Sometimes one’s drive, focus and determination is enough to forge the way ahead. Other times, it is one’s humility, gratitude, and willingness to be vulnerable and learn. In the end, we can all be a little better than we were the day before and, if we try, we can bring others along with us.

Role model the behaviors you want from others

I operate off of five core values and the ideal that we can benefit the lives of everyone we touch. Integrity, excellence, lifelong learner, adaptability, and teamwork. I have founded two companies on these principles. They foster our success and guide our daily interactions with our investors, our teams, and every individual who touches our business. They provide the foundation of our merit-based culture so that we may continually improve the value we bring each and every day. No team member within my organizations is exempt; from the co-founders to our newest hire.

Giving back

Going beyond gratitude

I believe in the common good and our ability to positively impact the lives of others. It wasn’t that long ago, I immigrated to the U.S. with just $300 in my pocket. Now, I have been a part of over $2.5B in real estate transactions. This would never have happened without all those who shared their time, knowledge, and generosity to help me get to where I am. It taught me the impact of one’s capacity to care, the empowering nature of passing on knowledge, and the joy in helping others.

Because of my journey, it’s very important to me to become involved with organizations that are creating positive change at the human level, elevating communities and inspiring those around them. Here are just a few whose work I’d like to celebrate.
